Retail Associate

Retail Associate at Ross Stores is responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with merchandise while following loss prevention and MOS policies.

• Greet customers and provide courteous service
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation
• Assist customers with merchandise and questions
• Follow loss prevention awareness, MOS policies, and SPS where applicable
• Handle cash, checks, charge cards and refunds with accuracy
