Ross Stores is hiring a Retail Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain store standards. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance with loss prevention policies on the sales floor.

• Understand safety and safe behaviors on the sales floor
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free environment and report unsafe conditions to Store Leadership
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise and questions
• Handle register transactions with courtesy and accuracy
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code

No IT responsibilities; in-store operations rely on POS/PDT devices, merchandising systems, and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused retail associate with strong communication and merchandising skills who can uphold Ross Stores' MOS and LP policies while delivering a positive shopping experience. They should be comfortable handling cash/credit transactions and maintaining store cleanliness on a fast-paced sales floor.
