Ross Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, greeting customers, maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store, and following company standards. The role supports store operations across all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Understand safety and practice safe behaviors
Maintain a safe, clean sales floor and proper merchandise presentation
Greet customers and provide courteous service
Assist customers with merchandise and register transactions
Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards

Technical Overview

No software development; involves use of point-of-sale equipment and store systems (PDTs, registers, PC) for transactions and inventory handling.
