Retail Associate at Ross Stores provides friendly customer service, maintains store standards, and processes transactions while ensuring safety and merchandise presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner
- Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the Company's dress code
- Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandise per guidelines
- Follows all MOS policies and loss prevention standards
- Represents and supports the Company brand at all times

The ideal candidate is a friendly, customer-focused retail associate with strong communication and basic math skills, capable of handling POS and MOS policies while delivering a positive shopping experience.
