Ross Retail Associate responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, maintaining store presentation, and handling transactions with a focus on safety and loss prevention.

• Provide courteous customer service and greet customers
• Assist customers with merchandise and questions
• Maintain neat store and proper merchandise presentation
• Perform cleaning/restocking and safety tasks
• Follow MOS, POS transactions, and loss prevention guidelines
