Retail Associate

Retail Associate at Ross Stores is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, maintaining merchandise presentation, and following store policies to support sales and loss prevention.

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards
• Handle cash, checks, and refunds accurately
• Ensure merchandise presentation and replenishment per guidelines

Retail environment with POS transactions, inventory replenishment, and store operations; no software development or IT systems required.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Retail Associate who can provide friendly, professional customer service on the sales floor, adhere to MOS and loss prevention policies, and effectively operate POS transactions while maintaining merchandise presentation.
