Ross Stores is seeking an in-store Retail Associate to provide positive customer interactions, assist with product and questions, and process transactions while maintaining merchandising and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- greet customers and provide friendly service
- assist customers with merchandise and questions
- maintain safe, clean store and merchandising presentation
- expedite received merchandise to the sales floor and ensure proper stock
- follow loss prevention, MOS policies, and store procedures
