Ross Stores is hiring Retail Associates to provide a positive shopping experience, greet customers, and maintain cleanliness and presentation. This role supports customer service, merchandise presentation, and store operations while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service

- Follow MOS policies and cash handling procedures
- Ensure safety and report unsafe conditions
Technical Overview
No software development or IT responsibilities. Role uses standard retail systems (POS registers, PDTs) and follows MOS and loss prevention policies along with cash handling requirements.
