Ross Stores Retail Associate delivers a positive shopping experience, assists customers, maintains store presentation, and upholds company policies and loss prevention standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide courteous service
- Maintain clean store and merchandise presentation
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards and refunds with accuracy
- Follow Mark-Out-of-Stock (MOS) policies and coordinate with Store Leadership
- Follow Loss Prevention Awareness program and ensure safety
