Ross Stores Retail Associate delivers a positive shopping experience, assists customers, maintains store presentation, and upholds company policies and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide courteous service
Maintain clean store and merchandise presentation
Handle cash, checks, credit cards and refunds with accuracy
Follow Mark-Out-of-Stock (MOS) policies and coordinate with Store Leadership
Follow Loss Prevention Awareness program and ensure safety

Technical Overview

This role focuses on customer service and store operations, utilizing POS registers and PDTs for transactions, inventory replenishment, and safety procedures. It involves adherence to MOS and loss prevention standards.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a friendly, customer-focused retail associate with strong communication and basic math skills, able to stand for long periods and handle cash and POS transactions. Experience delivering a positive shopping experience and following loss prevention and MOS policies is preferred.
