Retail Sales Associate FT Day FLEX

This role supports the CHEF'STORE team by working front-end checkout activities and sales-floor stocking tasks as assigned by store management. The associate ensures accurate POS transactions, provides excellent customer service, and helps manage shrinkage through proper receiving, labeling, and product rotation.

• Provide excellent CHEF'STORE customer service at the front end and sales floor
• Process POS transactions accurately (scan/lookup/weigh as needed)
• Perform cart-to-cart transfers and receipt checking with tamper inspection
• Support inventory receiving, stocking, labeling, and product rotation
• Manage shrinkage focus and report low stock levels to store management

This is a retail operations position centered on POS (Point of Sale) transaction processing and barcode scanning workflows, including use of a held-held scan gun, 10 keypad, and countertop scales. It also involves inventory receiving/stocking processes and quality/shrink controls.

The ideal candidate is a service-focused retail sales associate who can work a Full-Time Day FLEX schedule with weekends. They have strong accuracy skills for POS transactions, barcode scanning, and receipt checking, along with hands-on stocking and shrinkage management experience in a store environment.
