About this role
AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) in Odessa, TX to assist customers with automotive parts and provide expert recommendations. The role supports store operations, inventory management, and cash handling while delivering WOW! customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise; Provide trustworthy automotive advice; Help customers locate parts and answer questions; Process transactions and maintain accuracy at POS; Restock merchandise and support store operations
Technical Overview
Knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostics; ability to operate point-of-sale systems; read codes with diagnostic tools to propose solutions; stocking and replenishment; familiarity with store policies and loss prevention.
