A Part-Time AM Retail Sales Associate for CHEF'STORE responsible for front-end checkout and sales floor stocking. The role includes POS sales/cash functions, scanning and barcode accuracy, cart-to-cart transfer, receipt checking, and supporting receiving, rotation, labeling, and shrinkage management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform sales and cash functions in the POS with accurate scanning and barcode verification
Complete cart-to-cart transfer with visual inspection for product tampering
Act as receipt checker verifying cart content vs. purchases
Support store opening/closing at the front end based on assigned shift
Assist with receiving inventory, stocking shelves, product rotation, and product quality audits

This position uses Point of Sale (POS) systems along with held-held scan gun and 10 keypad for scanning, plus countertop scales for weighing. It requires precise barcode reflection in the system and checkout verification via cart-to-cart transfer and receipt checking.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level part-time retail sales associate suited for an early AM shift who can accurately complete POS cash and scanning tasks.
