About this role

The Systems Analyst, Retail Technology supports integration of Inmar technology solutions with retailers’ existing retail infrastructure, including digital promotions and loyalty programs. The role provides technical API guidance, performs testing and troubleshooting, and supports both pre-launch onboarding and post-launch first-level support through monitoring and customer success review cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls
Provide technical API guidance and troubleshoot integration issues for retailers and partners
Assist with pre-launch onboarding tasks and support development teams working on APIs
Support post-launch first-level support by monitoring support requests and recommending product changes
Participate in Customer Success review meetings to discuss issues and problems

Technical Overview

You will work with Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls, supporting implementations and resolving technical issues for retailer and partner development teams. The technical work includes API guidance, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support monitoring, using common productivity tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level systems/support professional with 1-3 years of experience supporting or developing integrations, who can provide technical API guidance and troubleshoot issues with retailer and partner teams. They are familiar with the grocery retail industry and comfortable with support workflows, monitoring, and using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
