About this role
Supports retailer implementations by providing API guidance, onboarding tasks, and technical support to retailers and partners. Works with customers to resolve issues during onboarding and post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Onboarding tasks for new retailer or partner implementations
- Provide technical guidance to retailers & partners and resolve issues
- Pre-Launch onboarding tasks
- Post-Launch support and monitoring
- Participate in Customer Success review meetings
Technical Overview
Customer-facing systems integration focus with API guidance, Google Suite and Microsoft Office for documentation and communication; API troubleshooting and onboarding.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level project/technical specialist with 1-3 years of experience, strong API interaction, and familiarity with grocery retail. Must be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office and capable of supporting onboarding and customer-facing tasks.
