About this role
Educate active retirement plan participants on asset consolidation and enrollment processes. This remote role involves contacting participants, explaining plan options, handling small rollovers, and coordinating with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new participants to provide education on asset consolidation
- Explain plan options and enrollment forms
- Handle rollover of small balance accounts and email transactions
- Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
- Assist participants with NIGO checks to ensure deposits
Technical Overview
Role relies on CRM (Salesforce.com) and MS Office for communication, enrollment, and tracking. No software development or data engineering involved.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level financial services professional with 1 year of experience, strong customer service and communication skills, comfortable educating participants about retirement consolidation, and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
