Senior Benefits Analyst on the Retirement Plans team supporting HR Strategy and Transformation. Responsible for design support, administration, governance, and employee/retiree communications across retirement-related plans (including 401(k), defined benefit, ESOP, and non-qualified deferred compensation).

  • Monitor and administer employee benefit plan administration activities
  • Monitor trends to ensure competitiveness and compliance; prepare plan design recommendations
