About this role
Senior Benefits Analyst on the Retirement Plans team supporting HR Strategy and Transformation. Responsible for design support, administration, governance, and employee/retiree communications across retirement-related plans (including 401(k), defined benefit, ESOP, and non-qualified deferred compensation).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and administer employee benefit plan administration activities
- Monitor trends to ensure competitiveness and compliance; prepare plan design recommendations
- Provide information and guidance to management, employees, retirees, regulatory agencies, and consultants/actuaries
- Compile, process, verify, and prepare reports and benefit statements/confirmation letters
- Conduct employee communications meetings, annual enrollment meetings, and/or retirement seminars

Non-technical benefits administration role focused on retirement plan administration workflows: claims and benefit statements, eligibility and disability handling, annual open enrollment activities, plan trend monitoring, and preparation of reporting and recommendations.
