About this role
This role supports Charles Schwab Trust Bank’s Revenue Management function by creating quarterly and off-cycle invoices, collecting payments, and executing fee-related reporting. The associate also maintains client accounts, handles inquiries, allocates payments (ACH, wires, checks), and helps ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal business partners including research of client inquiries
- Generate Ad Hoc reports as well as monthly/quarterly reports
- Open, close, and maintain client accounts
- Generate and assess various fees and invoices to client accounts
- Allocate ACH, Wires, and checks for fee payments
Technical Overview
The position is operations-focused with a heavy reporting and controls component. It requires strong Excel and Access skills to generate ad hoc and monthly/quarterly reports, process client fee invoices, allocate ACH/wire/check payments, and support regulatory reporting tied to 408b2 and 5500 Schedule C.

The ideal candidate is an detail-oriented operations associate with strong revenue management exposure, including invoice generation, fee assessment, and payment allocation for ACH, wires, and checks. They are proficient in Excel and Access, capable of producing ad hoc monthly/quarterly reports, and comfortable working with fast-paced deadlines while supporting client inquiries and regulatory reporting.
