About this role
Revenue Operations Manager for APJ at Okta. Responsible for APJ territory execution, process governance, and complex deal support across Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance, with a focus on system enhancements and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own APJ territory execution
- SME for complex transactions
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk and Finance
- Support month-end close
- Develop reporting and dashboards
- System enhancements and UAT
- Training and enablement
Technical Overview
Requires hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau; familiarity with order-to-cash processes, reconciliations, and UAT; English and Japanese language proficiency desired.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced APJ revenue operations professional with 6–8+ years in order management, deal desk, or sales ops, proficient in Salesforce/CPQ/NetSuite/Tableau, and bilingual in English and Japanese. Comfortable working hybrid and bridging sales, finance, and deal desks across APJ.
