About this role
Senior Revenue Operations role supporting the Customer Success organization with data, processes, and strategic analytics to improve retention and expansion. You’ll own dashboards, forecasting, and health scoring to provide leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CS dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI
- Build renewal/expansion forecasting framework
- Develop customer health scores and early-warning systems
- Align CS data with company reporting/forecasting
- Collaborate across Finance, HR, and Sales
Technical Overview
Responsible for CS data integration across tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel), design of health scoring models, and forecasting framework. Proficient in Planhat, Snowflake, and BI dashboard development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior revenue operations professional with 7+ years in a B2B SaaS environment, strong Salesforce and Excel skills, and proven ability to build customer health dashboards in Power BI. They should excel at translating analytics into actionable business recommendations to drive retention and expansion.
