About this role
As the PO&T Risk Management Lead, you will establish and lead integrated risk management processes crucial to identifying top-level risks across PO&T accountabilities. You will engage with internal and external sites to apply standardized frameworks, approve mitigation plans, and report on organizational preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement methodologies to identify and assess systemic risks across PO&T
- Lead comprehensive synthesis of site risk assessments for PO&T leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and vulnerabilities
- Ensure progress on mitigation strategies and action plans
- Organize periodic business continuity simulations and lead crisis response efforts
Technical Overview
Focus on methodologies to identify and assess systemic risks, cross-functional synthesis of risk assessments, and integration of risk practices into manufacturing and supply planning. You will organize business continuity simulations and lead crisis response efforts with executive governance oversight.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior risk management professional with 12+ years in biotech/pharma, strong leadership, and experience implementing ERM frameworks. They can influence across the matrix, drive mitigation plans, and communicate complex risks to executive leadership.
