About this role
Therapeutic Activities Therapist responsible for planning and delivering activity services for patients with behavioral health or addictions diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate sound judgment; Observe and document patient changes; Provide psychosocial/ leisure assessment; Ensure timely documentation; Maintain weekly progress notes
Technical Overview
Facilitate multi-disciplinary activity groups and individual therapy; document sessions and coordinate with nursing and clinical teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor's degree holder with CTRS/ATR/MT-BC or similar credentials and 1-3 years of behavioral health activity therapy experience, capable of leading group and individual therapeutic activities across age groups.
