RN / Registered Nurse / NW Surgery Center / Inpatient Unit / FT

This full-time RN role provides safe, competent inpatient nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, service excellence, professional leadership, and strict adherence to safety and injury prevention standards.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate an age-appropriate plan of care using the nursing process and patient education, Maintain professional behavior when dealing with issues or conflicts using appropriate resources, Provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, families, visitors, and employees, Assess risks to patient safety and implement appropriate precautions, Comply with approved standards and safety/injury prevention standards to minimize risk to self and others
