Rotating Equipment Engineer providing engineering and technical expertise to ensure reliable plant operations and maintenance of rotating/reciprocating equipment in a fertilizer manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs
Design and update maintenance procedures and lubrication programs
Monitor critical plant equipment using data collection systems
Conduct root cause analyses and prepare technical reports
Manage procurement support and equipment installation/commissioning

The ideal candidate is a mid-level engineer with 2+ years of plant experience and strong hands-on capability with rotating and reciprocating equipment, CMMS (Avantis/SAP) and AutoCAD proficiency, plus knowledge of ammonia/urea processes and failure analysis.
