About this role
You will build and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath for healthcare Prior Authorization workflows. The role focuses on turning automation designs into stable production bots, integrating with healthcare systems, and ensuring compliance and reliability through testing and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, RE-Framework, and Orchestrator
- Integrate bots with Epic, payer portals, UM platforms, and document management systems
- Manage deployment, scheduling, robot provisioning, work queues, and monitoring in UiPath Orchestrator
- Build automated test cases and run regression testing through production sign-off
- Handle production issues with RCA, implement fixes, and ensure HIPAA/PHI compliant automation behavior
Technical Overview
This is a hands-on UiPath engineering role covering UiPath Studio development with RE-Framework and orchestration using UiPath Orchestrator across UAT and production. Responsibilities include integrations via UI automation, API calls, and data scraping, plus production monitoring, exception handling, logging, and root-cause analysis.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior RPA developer with 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience delivering stable automation bots in production. They have deep experience with UiPath Studio, RE-Framework, and UiPath Orchestrator, and can build healthcare Prior Authorization automations that integrate with systems like Epic while ensuring HIPAA and PHI compliance.
