RVM Support Manager

Support Immix clients adding RAD solutions through testing, validation, and client-facing implementation assistance. This supervisory, hands-on role coordinates deployments, trains monitoring teams for hybrid human + agentic workflows, and feeds real-world scene feedback back to the RAD development team.

• Test and validate RAD innovations and agentic monitoring features in the Immix environment
• Support clients during RAD system implementations and deployments as a liaison
• Configure RAD systems (on-site or remote) and support hybrid human + agentic monitoring transition
• Provide actionable feedback to RAD development on real-world image environments and scene challenges
• Supervise monitoring operators and support operator training, best practices, and post-deployment performance optimization

Operates within the Immix platform to test and validate RAD innovations and agentic monitoring features prior to client release. Provides system setup/configuration support, monitors post-deployment performance (verification accuracy and response quality), and optimizes human-AI teaming workflows for daily monitoring center operations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced remote video monitoring professional with significant Immix experience and hands-on support/implementation background with RAD solutions. They can test and validate new agentic monitoring innovations in the Immix environment, act as a liaison to clients during deployments, and supervise/enable monitoring operators through training and human-AI workflow best practices.
