RVM Support Manager will oversee remote video monitoring operations, testing new RAD innovations in Immix, and serve as a liaison with clients during deployments. Key Responsibilities
- Testing and performance validation of new RAD innovations within the Immix platform
- Act as a support liaison with Immix clients during RAD implementations
- On-site or remote setup and configuration of RAD systems
- Guide clients through transition to hybrid human + agentic monitoring and train monitoring teams
- Provide real-world feedback to RAD development team
