Remote SaaS Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Jira, ensuring high availability, automation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Operations for SaaS platforms
Ensure 99.9% service availability
Implement SaaS security configurations (SSO, MFA, RBAC)
Design, develop, and maintain integrations and automation
Provide L2/L3 support and develop user guides and training materials

Technical Overview

Platform administration across multiple SaaS services with emphasis on security, identity management, APIs, scripting; ITIL-based incident/change/problem management; automation

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level SaaS platform engineer with 3-7+ years in SaaS administration, strong security and identity management, and hands-on experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Jira.

Must-Have Skills
