About this role
Remote SailPoint Consultant role providing L2 support and maintaining/enhancing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The work includes troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, implementing minor enhancements, monitoring platform health, and supporting provisioning and access reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2 support tickets and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues
- Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors
- Monitor IAM platform performance and conduct routine health checks
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and document configurations and fixes
Technical Overview
Hands-on IdentityIQ operations and development: manage SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors using Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs. Perform IAM operations with incident/change/problem management and collaborate with L3 teams for escalations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ consultant with 3+ years of hands-on development and operations experience. They can handle L2 support tickets, implement workflows/rules/connectors, troubleshoot SailPoint issues, and run IAM operations including incident/change/problem management and access reviews.
