About this role
This role manages sales accounts by building partnerships with key China and Taiwan customers and driving growth through market and migration insights into SEA. The account manager is responsible for promoting new products, executing trade-in projects, and closing multi-years service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Key account management with a partnership engagement plan, especially China & Taiwan customers
- Manage market information and industrial migration to SEA to generate new sales
- Strengthen cross regional collaboration and act as focal person for key accounts
- Promote new products through trade in project execution related to customer migration
- Close multi-years service contracts by demonstrating value of qualified dedicated service team
Technical Overview
This is a sales/account management role for semiconductor process control products. The technical scope is not software-focused; it emphasizes customer partnership planning, service contract value articulation, and migration/project execution tied to productivity and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Sales Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience, ideally with an Engineering degree. They have strong key account management skills, can develop customer partnership engagement plans for China and Taiwan, and can drive strategic planning tied to service contract renewals/closures and industrial migration to Southeast Asia.
