About this role
This role manages sales performance in oncology with a focus on prostate cancer across an assigned geographic territory. The Sales Account Manager will execute product launch plans, develop territory business plans, and generate demand through clinically meaningful dialogue with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute product launch plans and achieve territory sales objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with oncology and urology stakeholders
- Deliver clinically relevant and approved product messaging
- Create and implement a territory business plan to track progress
- Monitor competitive activity and recommend actions to leadership
Technical Overview
This is not a technology role. The scope is sales execution and compliant healthcare stakeholder communication, including product information expertise, approved messaging, and tracking competitive activity to drive territory outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced oncology sales professional with a proven record in urology and/or medical oncology, specifically aligned to prostate cancer. They will be able to execute territory business plans and product launch plans, deliver clinically relevant and approved messaging to healthcare stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally (sales leadership, marketing, training, commercial operations, and market access). Preference is given to candidates located in the Salt Lake City metro area, with consideration for the Las Vegas metro area.
