About this role
This role advances Sales Analytics focused on agency compensation and incentive programs for a P&C insurance organization. The analyst will create dashboards and reports, partner with sales leadership and product management, resolve data issues, and support analytics initiatives across sales planning and agency performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, create, and maintain data dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Partner with sales leaders to resolve data issues and improve processes
- Train and mentor less experienced analysts and sales development users
- Define reporting and analysis needs and develop project plans for analytics work
- Create, monitor, audit, and analyze sales rep goals, site visits, and agency performance
Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on analytics execution using BI tools to produce dashboards and reports, validate data accuracy, and refine data-retrieval methods. Work includes building reporting for sales goals, agency production, rep goals, site visits, and agency performance, supporting analytics delivery for compensation analytics and multi-rater analytics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Analyst III with strong hands-on Sales Analytics experience in P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance. They build and maintain data dashboards and reports using BI tools, partner with sales leadership and product management, and have solid knowledge of sales/underwriting concepts for compensation and incentive analytics.
