About this role
The e-Commerce Sales Associate helps customers through the vehicle buying process by responding to leads online and by phone, providing product and purchase information, and guiding them into an in-store experience. The role focuses on closing deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer leads in a timely fashion
- Answer questions and provide vehicle purchase information
- Guide customers from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience
- Negotiate terms to meet customers' payment options and expectations
- Follow up after purchase and transition customers to the Service department
Technical Overview
This role is primarily customer-facing and sales-driven, with an emphasis on using technology to engage customers through internet and phone channels. It includes coordination and follow-up processes to transition customers to the Service department after purchase.
