About this role
Sales coordination role supporting the Grant Street Inn and The J Hotel with administrative and project support, including contracts, client correspondence, and group function logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Sales Department administratively including correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with reservations
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and addendums and track completion
- Act as liaison between Sales and clients in the absence of Area Director of Sales
- Manage reservations and VIP accommodations
- Coordinate with other departments for group events
