About this role
Lumeris is hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients in enterprise healthcare. The SDR will conduct targeted outbound outreach, qualify inbound interest, map stakeholders, and create high-quality meetings for handoff to Regional Sales Directors (RSDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute highly targeted, insight-driven outreach across email, phone, and social channels
- Rapidly engage inbound interest and qualify against ICP, strategic priorities, and readiness
- Research and map complex healthcare organizations to identify key decision-makers and influencers
- Initiate executive-level conversations to uncover business challenges and align value
- Generate high quality meetings with “Strategic, Technology, and Timing” criteria gathered
Technical Overview
This role supports growth for Lumeris’ AI-enabled platform, Tom, by translating healthcare priorities (access, workforce constraints, panel scalability) into compelling outreach and executive discovery conversations. While not a software engineering role, it requires structured qualification and pipeline creation processes for complex healthcare sales cycles.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level SDR who can execute highly targeted outbound prospecting and qualify leads against an ICP in enterprise healthcare. They are strong at account and stakeholder mapping and initiating executive-level discovery conversations, ultimately creating qualified pipeline and handing off to Regional Sales Directors (RSDs).
