As an SDR for Dodge Construction Network, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and will qualify new SaaS sales opportunities. You will run high-volume prospecting (inbound and outbound) and use sales tools to manage pipeline and meet activity and lead quotas.

  • Drive lead opportunities via inbound and outbound phone (50/50) and mass communications tools such as email and social media
  • Generate top-of-funnel pipeline growth through high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting (calls, texts, emails)
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly activity and lead quotas and update within Salesforce
  • Execute solution-based selling using a consultative prospecting approach
  • Qualify prospects and drive demos with KPI-based performance to support Account Executives

The role focuses on outbound/inbound lead generation and qualification using outreach channels (phone, email, texts, social media) and sales engagement tooling such as Salesloft, with pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce/CRM systems. Success is measured by KPIs including lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win ratios.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level SDR who is highly motivated to build a sales career and can handle high-volume cold calling. They have strong communication skills and can prospect using a mix of calls, texts, and emails, while consistently updating activity and lead information in Salesforce and driving qualified SaaS sales opportunities for Account Executives.
