About this role
This role generates and qualifies new business opportunities for the sales team by researching prospects, conducting outreach, and supporting tailored product demos. The SDR collaborates closely with Account Executives, Sales Management, and Marketing, and manages lead data in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads via proactive outreach, cold calling, and inbound phone/email queries
- Maintain accurate lead management records in Salesforce (lead assignment and tracking)
- Support Account Executives by sharing detailed prospect needs and status
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to strategize and share insights
- Participate in product meetings, sales training, and support product demonstrations
Technical Overview
The technical scope is light and centers on using Salesforce as the CRM for maintaining accurate lead records, lead assignment, and tracking. You will support demos and conversations by communicating prospect needs and status clearly to Account Executives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level SDR who can confidently call prospects, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and support Account Executives with accurate Salesforce updates. They have strong written and verbal communication skills, solid organization, and the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
