About this role
Drive new business as a quota-carrying hunter for IP Author, selling to IP law firms and corporate patent groups. Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through closed-won, including discovery, demos, and navigating security and procurement reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new-logo quota selling to law firms and corporate patent groups
- Run discovery and qualification to map workflows and buying process
- Lead product demos in partnership with solutions engineers
- Navigate procurement, security, and data-handling reviews (SOC 2 / ISO 27001, ZDR)
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasts in CRM
Technical Overview
Sells a technical AI platform for patent workflows and coordinates with product and solutions teams to run demos. Uses SOC 2 and ISO 27001 posture plus zero data retention (ZDR) options during security and data-handling reviews.
