About this role
This Sales Executive role focuses on selling and expanding adoption of ICE Connect Multi-Asset within the Pricing and Reference Data sales team. You will coach product skills for new users, deliver training and hands-on support, and serve as the central point of contact for customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to deliver innovative ICE technical products to institutions
- Solve client business and budgetary objectives using ICE Connect (thin client, web-based market data platform)
- Provide hands-on user training to drive maximum client adoption
- Deliver customer feedback to ICE product teams to support product enhancement and roadmap development
- Craft flexible, tailored commercial proposals and act as central point of contact for the engagement
Technical Overview
The role involves working with ICE Connect, described as a thin client, web-based market data display application for multi-asset workflows. You will support migrations from incumbent services and tailor deployments to customer workflows, while presenting product capabilities to large groups.

The ideal candidate is a senior sales professional with 3+ years in market data sales, market data products, or financial data services. They are hands-on in end-user support and training, able to migrate customers from incumbent services, present to large audiences, and craft tailored commercial proposals for ICE Connect Multi-Asset.
