Lead Ulta Beauty store operations and sales as a Sales Manager, driving top-line growth, guest experience, and team development. Responsible for payroll, omni-channel execution, and adherence to store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel; Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team; Plan and execute in-store events; Maintain SOPs and compliance; Lead Guest Engagement Leader program to drive APG metrics
