Univar Solutions is hiring a Hybrid Sales Manager to lead a local Chemical Distribution team. The role drives profitable growth by managing sales territories, coaching Sales Account Managers, enforcing market-based pricing strategies, and using a CRM system to run day-to-day customer and activity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains sales territories and assigns accounts to improve productivity
- Evaluates team efficiency via tracking of account activity and sales/margin growth and implements improvement plans
- Mentors Sales Account Managers on identifying and applying market-based pricing strategies
- Supports hiring and training of new team members
- Uses CRM system to manage customer profiles, contacts, work notes, and activity management and ensures coordination with corporate accounts
