The Sales Manager leads the Sales and Marketing Department by managing and training sales staff and overseeing the buyer sales experience through closing documentation. - Recruit and hire future sales representatives and train/motivate the sales force
- Meet or beat set sales goals and create new incentives for neighborhoods
- Coordinate realtor outreach and advertising/marketing promotions with marketing leadership and agents
- Perform competitive analysis on product, features and neighborhoods/amenities

This position is not technology-focused. The operational scope is centered on sales team performance management, marketing coordination, and competitive analysis for product/neighborhoods.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a sales leadership professional with 6–8 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree background, who can manage and motivate a sales team in a homebuilding environment. They are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals, handling buyer issues, coordinating realtor outreach and advertising, and performing competitive analysis to improve neighborhood and product performance.
