Sales Operations Coordinator supporting sales operations, brand ecommerce, and digital marketing to grow a scalable B2C brand. The role spans ERP order management, cross-functional coordination, and paid advertising across major social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders/quotations/invoices in ERP
- Coordinate between sales, production, and R&D
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns
- Manage brand sales on Amazon/Shopify
- Optimize online listings and promotions
Technical Overview
Experience with ERP systems and ecommerce storefronts (Amazon, Shopify) plus hands-on digital marketing across Instagram, YouTube, Google, Facebook, and TikTok. Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
