Sales Operations Lead for Business Development & Solutions at Braze in Chicago; serves as the primary operating and analytical partner to executive leaders, shaping planning motions and improving productivity across regions and segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Sales Operations business partner to the VP of Business Development and VP of Solutions Consulting
- Own strategic capacity and resource planning for GTM functions
- Lead territory design, coverage models, and quota frameworks
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and broader GTM teams to align planning assumptions
- Analyze performance data and surface data-backed recommendations
Technical Overview
Experience with Sales Intelligence and Enrichment tools (Clay, Zoom); strong analytical foundation; cross-functional partnership across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and GTM functions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data-driven GTM operations professional with 4+ years of experience in sales strategy/operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
