Sales Operations Leader to optimize and scale the sales tech stack and GTM tools for a fast-paced fintech SaaS company, collaborating with VP of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & improve reporting on sales & account performance
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics
- Manage and optimize the sales tech stack (Zoho CRM, tools)
- Research, design, and implement GTM tools including AI-based tools
- Collaborate with VP of Sales to manage the sales pipeline
