Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and sales initiatives from conception through completion; develops governance policies relevant to marketing and sales operations; documents policy updates; creates D365 dashboards and reports; monitors progress and analytics.

Technical Overview
Tech scope includes Dynamics 365 CRM, Excel, SQL, and Workday data; dashboard/reporting for adoption and management; governance and change management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Sales Operations professional with 2+ years of professional services CRM and D365 experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and solid project management capabilities to build dashboards and governance.
