D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the home sales process while providing excellent customer service. The role focuses on sourcing new customers, helping buyers design and purchase homes, closing deals, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation.

- Effectively communicate D.R. Horton’s value proposition and product capabilities
- Uncover customer goals and establish the best solution
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Create and provide a marketing plan and perform realtor outreach
Technical Overview
Use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop, and maintain business productivity through MS Office and email. The work also requires accurate recordkeeping across sales, loan, options, and construction stages.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 2 years of related experience (or an Associate’s Degree) and can manage a full home sales process while delivering excellent customer service. They are comfortable using DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop and are strong in lead generation, objection handling, and closing sales.
