D.R. Horton is hiring a Sales Representative (NE) to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service. The role focuses on sourcing new customers, helping design and selection for dream homes, overcoming objections, closing sales, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process and provide customer service
- Source new customers and create a marketing plan for new relationships
- Overcome objections and close for the sale
- Maintain accurate transaction documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Network and perform outreach to realtors while maintaining a prospect database
Technical Overview
The role requires competency using DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop and general office productivity using MS Office and email. No specialized IT systems are specified beyond these tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level sales professional (Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience) who can manage the sales process while delivering excellent customer service.
