This is a sales role supported by D.R. Horton’s sales technology, including using DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop, plus standard productivity tools like MS Office and email for reporting and documentation. No software engineering or IT infrastructure work is described.

The ideal candidate for this Sales Representative role has 2+ years of related experience or an Associate’s Degree, with a strong track record of managing the sales process from lead sourcing through closing. They communicate the value proposition clearly, handle objections effectively, and maintain accurate transaction documentation while delivering excellent customer service. They are comfortable using DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop and collaborating with realtors and internal teams to meet sales goals.
