About this role
Manage the sales process for D.R. Horton homes in Northern Utah while providing excellent customer service. Source new customers, help them design and buy homes, overcome objections, and ensure accurate documentation through closing and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers
- Overcome objections and close for the sale
- Source new sales opportunities and maintain a database of prospects
- Create and provide a marketing plan to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction
Technical Overview
Uses DRH Sales applications on smartphone, tablet, or laptop, with proficiency in MS Office and email. Maintains prospect/customer information and records transaction documentation throughout the sales cycle.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has at least an Associate’s degree or 2 years of related experience and can run a full sales process while delivering excellent customer service. They are comfortable using DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, managing prospect databases, and developing marketing plans to generate new customer relationships.
