About this role
Internship in Sales with focus on Oracle Cloud products in a B2B environment; assist with order management, customer interactions, and backorder reporting across a hybrid work setup in the TD Synnex Cloud Oracle business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support orders and sales requests for our services
- Proactively propose solutions to customers
- Provide timely customer responses and collaborate with BU
- Assist in backorder management and reporting
- Learn to build and maintain customer relationships with product knowledge
Technical Overview
Exposure to Oracle Cloud product portfolio and sales processes with basic Excel proficiency; bilingual English/Italian communication; proactive customer engagement in a tech ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a junior sales professional or recent graduate with an interest in B2B technology sales, willing to learn Oracle Cloud solutions, and comfortable in a hybrid internship setting.
