EPAM is hiring a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design and deliver end-to-end Data Cloud solutions and lead client conversations. The role blends deep technical delivery with commercial impact via pre-sales and RFP support.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions (ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, activation).
Design scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines.
Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms.
Build and optimize Tableau dashboards.
Partner on pre-sales, demos, and RFP responses and act as a trusted client advisor.

Technical Overview

You will architect Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across real-time and batch pipelines. The position also covers Tableau dashboarding, enterprise data architecture (CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT), and technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Data Cloud Architect with 10+ years across data architecture/analytics and deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation. They are Tableau-proficient, experienced with enterprise data architecture (CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines), and comfortable owning client-facing pre-sales and RFP responses.
